Abstract
Objectives: This study aims to inform various groups of the importance of proper sleep time by conducting studies that have not been conducted to identify the relationship of sleep time to individual subjective health levels, identify the impact of sleep time on society as a whole, not as a group

Methods: In this study, 141,524 respondents were included as final study subjects. First, descriptive statistics were conducted for each variable, and multinomial logistic regression analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between sleep time and subjective health level.

Results: As a result of the analysis, the subjective health level of the group that slept 7 to 8 hours was 1.17 times higher in the ¡°normal¡± group and 1.32 times higher in the ¡°good¡± group.

Conclusion: More empirical studies should be conducted to identify specific connections in the future. In addition, this study suggested the importance of appropriate sleep time, and based on the results of this study, an atmosphere where you can sleep at the appropriate sleep time should be formed. In addition, individuals should also improve their subjective health levels by keeping appropriate sleep hours, rather than investing more time in leisure life and economic activities. In addition, it will be important to improve one's actual health beyond the subjective health level.
